Gli ordini sono accettati dai nostri uffici o direttamente su Internet; in tal caso, il cliente avrà la conferma dell’avvenuto ordine tramite e-mail.
Raoli Trasformatori effettua spedizioni tramite corriere con sistemi di imballaggio sicuri, offrendo la possibilità di monitorare lo stato della consegna tramite sito web del corriere. Non è, pertanto, responsabile di danni o perdite, diretti o indiretti derivanti da ritardata o mancata consegna del prodotto.
La merce viaggia a rischio del cliente, che si impegna a verificare l’integrità dei colli consegnati dal vettore apponendo eventuale riserva scritta sui documenti di trasporto in caso di sospetti danni (coperti da assicurazione del vettore).
I tempi di consegna verranno segnalati al cliente nella conferma d’ordine e non saranno vincolanti.
Pur in presenza di imballo integro, la merce dovrà essere verificata entro 8 (otto) giorni dal ricevimento: ogni segnalazione oltre i termini indicati non potrà essere presa in considerazione. Eventuali errori di spedizioni o mancanze di materiale vanno segnalate tempestivamente in forma scritta.
Le merci fornite dovranno essere pagate nei modi convenuti in sede d’ordine. Raoli Trasformatori si riserva il diritto di non spedire merci, anche dopo aver accettato l’ordine, ai clienti che risultassero insolventi.
Raoli Trasformatori garantisce la buona qualità dei propri prodotti obbligandosi, durante il periodo di garanzia specificato di seguito, a riparare (presso le proprie officine) o sostituire gratuitamente nel più breve tempo possibile quelle parti che si dimostrassero difettose, sempre che ciò non dipenda da guasti causati da imperizia o negligenza del Committente, da impiego al di fuori delle specifiche tecniche, da interventi non autorizzati, da casi fortuiti o di forza maggiore.
Viene garantito il diritto al reso del prodotto come stabilito dalla legge :
Per gli acquisti effettuati online, via telefono o fuori dai locali commerciali, viene garantito il cosiddetto diritto di ripensamento, hai 14 giorni dalla consegna del prodotto per comunicare la volontà di recedere.
Non è necessario fornire alcuna spiegazione ma il recesso non si applica a prodotti realizzati su misura.
Rimborseremo il prezzo pagato (incluse le spese di spedizione standard originali) entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione, le spese per rispedire il bene sono a carico del consumatore.
In negozio fisico non esiste un diritto di recesso automatico per legge. La restituzione è possibile solo in determinati casi: Prodotto Difettoso: Se il prodotto presenta un difetto di fabbricazione o non è conforme, Garanzia Legale di 2 anni ( 1 per le aziende ) con diritto alla riparazione o sostituzione gratuita.
Le condizioni contenute nel presente documento potranno essere modificate senza preavviso e avranno validità dalla data di pubblicazione sul sito Internet.

Raoli Trasformatori ships via courier with secure packaging systems, offering the option of tracking the delivery status via the courier's website. Therefore, it is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, resulting from delayed or failed delivery of the product.
The goods travel at the customer's risk, and the customer undertakes to verify the integrity of the packages delivered by the carrier, making a written reservation on the transport documents in the event of suspected damage (covered by the carrier's insurance).
Delivery times will be notified to the customer in the order confirmation and are not binding.
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be inspected within 8 (eight) days of receipt; any notifications received after this timeframe will not be considered. Any shipping errors or missing materials must be reported promptly in writing.

Raoli Trasformatori guarantees the quality of its products and undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own workshops) or replace, free of charge, as quickly as possible, any parts found to be defective, provided that this is not due to failures caused by the Customer's incompetence or negligence, use outside of the technical specifications, unauthorized intervention, fortuitous events, or force majeure.
The right to return the product is guaranteed as established by law:
For purchases made online, by telephone, or outside of business premises, the so-called right of withdrawal is guaranteed. You have 14 days from delivery of the product to notify us of your intention to withdraw.
No explanation is required, but the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
We will refund the price paid (including the original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of notification. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the consumer.
